The Busch 1588 is an HO scale (1:87) genuine-wood kit from the Wildpark (wildlife park) series, comprising two observation platforms and a feeding shelter. The octagonal observation platform measures 4-1/2 x 1-3/4 in. (115 x 44 mm) and stands 1-11/16 in. (43 mm) high, with a wraparound railing, a staircase access, and a floor cutout for a spruce (a 6-11/16 in. / 170 mm finished model) that appears to grow up through it. A visitor terrace with an integrated feeding rack and water trough measures 50 x 42 mm and stands 41 mm high, and includes an opening door, while the gable-roofed feeding shelter measures 52 x 28 mm and stands 33 mm high. Item 1588 lets you build a complete wildlife-viewing scene.
