Give your passenger operations a grand focal point with the Walthers Cornerstone Union Station, item 933-3257. Where space was tight in larger towns and cities, two or more railroads often pooled resources to build a shared terminal, and these monumental stations came to symbolize the community they served. This N scale model captures the look and feel of similar prototypes across America.
Whether your line runs heavyweight steam trains, streamlined diesels of the 1940s and 50s, or Amtrak-era equipment, item 933-3257 makes an ideal centerpiece for passenger scenes. Because it is based on an American prototype, it looks right and fits without kitbashing, putting big detail into a compact footprint. If space is limited, it can serve as the hub of an entire layout. The finished station measures 16 x 6 x 5-1/2" (40 x 15 x 16.2cm).
