The Walthers Cornerstone 933-3854 Modern Lumber Transload is an N scale structure kit representing a compact contemporary facility typical of prototypes in industrial parks and distribution centers. It makes a great destination for all kinds of freight in yards, on team tracks, and at industrial parks, where loads are transferred from road to rail and back.
Kit 933-3854 includes parts for two covered storage sheds with interior lumber racks, a separate office, and concrete paving with a between-track crossover that accepts separately sold Code 80 track. It also builds eight lumber stacks in four sizes. Each shed measures 6 x 2-3/4 x 1-5/8" 15.2 x 6.9 x 4.1cm, the office measures 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 x 1-1/4" 6.9 x 6.9 x 3.1cm, and the ramp measures 3-1/2 x 7/8 x 1/4" 8.8 x 2.2 x 0.6cm.
